These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the use of the Kross Blockchain network, wallets, applications, and related services operated by Vinekross Technologies Limited ('Vinekross', 'we', 'our', or 'us'). By accessing or using the Kross Blockchain, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kross Blockchain services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Services Provided
Kross Blockchain provides blockchain infrastructure for token issuance, trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), stablecoins, and other decentralized applications. Access to services may be provided through wallets such as HashPay, Hashgreed DEX, and decentralizedafrica.com.
4. Wallets and Security
Users are solely responsible for securing their wallet credentials, including private keys and seed phrases. Vinekross does not have access to user wallets and cannot recover lost credentials. Users should store their seeds offline in a secure manner.
5. Transactions and Fees
All transactions on the Kross Blockchain are irreversible once confirmed. Users agree to pay applicable network fees denominated in Krosscoin (KSS). Fees may vary depending on the transaction type.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
7. Regulatory Compliance
Kross Blockchain operates under regulatory frameworks including the Nigeria Securities and Exchange Commission Regulatory Incubation program, and aims to comply with MiCAR (EU) and VARA (Dubai). Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own jurisdiction's laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Kross Blockchain, including trademarks, software, documentation, and logos, are owned by Vinekross Technologies Limited. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute these without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kross Blockchain is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Vinekross shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Kross Blockchain services.
10. Risk Disclosure
Users acknowledge that blockchain and cryptocurrencies involve inherent risks, including market volatility, regulatory changes, technical failures, and potential loss of funds. Users accept these risks by using Kross Blockchain.
11. Amendments
Vinekross reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Kross Blockchain services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
